I am happy to share a technique to achieve Yoga Nidra (deep sound sleep) and deep relaxation with all of you. Do this technique before you are going to sleep and while working you can take a break and practice this for five to ten minutes. You will feel deeply relaxed.

In this technique first pray to Babaji for his blessings.
Then sit or lay down in a relax position and start counting your breath till 100. It will take not more then 10 minutes.
Slowly inhale then slowly exhale. At the last point of exhalation count 1.
Slowly inhale then slowly exhale. At the last point of exhalation count 2 … count this way till 100.
Breathing should be normal. Do not hurry in counting.
All your attention should be on breath. Thoughts come but ignore them and engage yourself in counting breath. After few days of practice your energy level will surprisingly increase as you relax more and more.
