Achieve stillness of body. Achieve stillness of prana. Achieve stillness of mind if you want to be established in divine. Make goal and commit yourself: “In this much year I will achieve above goal.” Make gradually incremental routine of sadhana and stick to it. Then you can progress faster on spiritual path. To achieve stillness of mind is the toughest task. But it is achievable by suitable practice and by detachment as Krishna says in Bhagavad-gita 6.35: Abhyasen kauntey veiragya ch gruhyte
